Customer Charter

Wannon Water has produced a Customer Charter for all customers within our service area. Two Charters have been developed.

The Customer Charter applies to customers located within an urban water supply district and generally includes customers located within urban townships.

The Rural Customer Charter applies to customer located outside an urban water supply district and generally includes customers along rural pipelines, customers located within a rural water supply district and customers on the outskirts of an urban water supply.

The Charters outline the customer's rights and obligations with respect to the administration of the Water Act 1989 by Wannon Water.

The Charters have been approved by the Essential Services Commission (ESC).
