Anna is an experienced Human Resources professional who strongly believes people are the heart of any organisation. She is passionate about building and supporting a high performing workforce who work in a physically and mentally safe environment.

Anna has worked within small and large private and public sectors organisations over her career, including 10 years in the public service at South West Healthcare.

Anna commenced at Wannon Water in the role of Manager People and Wellbeing in 2018, was promoted to Senior Manager in 2020 and was appointed to the Executive Team in 2022.

The Executive People & Resilience is accountable for delivery of the People & Resilience departmental responsibilities including Human Resources and Performance, Health, Safety & Wellbeing, Inclusion and Diversity, Emergency Management, Integrated Management System and supports with the Risk Framework and Audit & Assurance.

In 2020 Anna completed the Emerging Leaders Program delivered by JMW Consultants and more recently in 2023, Anna graduated from the Executive Leadership for Women in Water “Insight” program.
