Customer Charter

We are committed to delivering high standards of service.

Our Customer Charter sets out the rights and responsibilities of Wannon Water and its customers.

Our Customer Charter is based on the Water Industry Standard issued by the Essential Services Commission (ESC). The ESC is an independent regulator of the Victorian water industry and is responsible for promoting the long-term interests of water and sewerage customers regarding price, quality and reliability of services.

The charter covers:

  • Service and supply including connections, charges and billing
  • Customer assistance and support
  • Actions for non-payment
  • Quality and reliability of supply and services including guaranteed service levels.
