Payment options
We send our bills out every three months and they need to be paid within 28 days. There’s a range of ways you can pay your bill. Here are the options we offer.
Pay online
Pay online using your credit card. Only Australian-issued cards can be used.
Register or logon to our customer portal to manage your account online.
Set up automatic payments from your nominated bank account.
Need a paper form? Then call us on 1300 926 666 and we can help you out.
Have an agreed amount automatically deducted from your Centrelink payment.
Pay online using Australia Post’s website.
Make payments online through your financial institution.
Pay by phone
- Post Billpay: call Australia Post on 13 18 16.
- BPay: make payments via phone through your financial institution.
Pay by mail
Post your cheque or money order to Wannon Water, PO Box 1158, Warrnambool 3280. Please note that receipts will not be issued for payments made by mail.
