Do you need a water pressure and flow test? Then complete our online application to request a test.
Please note that we don’t test pressure and flow on private infrastructure (e.g. general water or fire services). In these cases, you’ll have to contact a qualified consultant to do the testing.
What you’ll need
You’ll need to include a plan that confirms the preferred location of the fire hydrant where you’d like us to conduct the test.
Things to know
If the preferred testing location is unavailable, the nearest hydrant will be tested. More than one test location can be specified in the form, however each individual test location will incur a separate fee.
We’ll provide you with a report with the hydrant flow and pressure field test results showing the pressure measured for each recorded flow rate. In some cases not all of this information can be supplied for a particular testing site but we’ll always provide as much information as we can.
Fees
The application fee for a water pressure and flow test is $419.00 (GST exempt).
