Our services take care of more than 30 communities across South West Victoria, including residents, farmers, businesses and industries, and we want to make sure we’re listening to your needs.

In addition to our regular surveys, we’re heading out to a range of towns over the next two months to hear from you directly. We hear from thousands of customers each year. The feedback is regularly considered by our Board, helping with annual and long-term planning.

Last year, customers told us that keeping our bills affordable was their top priority. Overall, they were satisfied with our existing service levels and wanted us to maintain them.
