Hamilton Water Treatment Plant project now complete

The 11-million-litre clear water storage tank at our Hamilton Water Treatment Plant is now back online.
After successfully completing works to replace the roof and recoat the inside surface of the tank, it will now provide reliable, high-quality water for Hamilton, Dunkeld and Tarrington residents well into the future.
Peter Uwland, Manager Operations says that despite the project being completed, it is still important for the local community to report any leaks in the lead up to the summer season.
“Even with our increased capacity, we continue to encourage local residents to be mindful of their water use as we come into the dry season and report any leaks or burst pipes immediately.”
