Applications extended: Board Observership program for 2025
We’re collaborating with prominent organisations in South West Victoria to offer a unique opportunity to gain structured experience on non-profit and government appointed Boards through The Observership Program.
Alongside South West TAFE, South West Healthcare, United Way Glenelg, Brophy Family and Youth Services and Western Victoria Primary Health Network we have partnered with The Observership Program to develop governance leadership capabilities in the region by offering unprecedented access to the inner workings of a board.
The development program invites aspiring leaders aged 25-45 to gain first-hand exposure to board operations, decision-making processes, and targeted training over a 12-month period.
Participants will receive valuable mentorship and training from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Ethics Centre.
Applicants must be based in South West Victoria, be Australian citizens or permanent residents, and have little to no prior board experience or formal governance training.
Applications for the 2025 program will be open until 2 September 2024 through The Observership Program website.
